Readings for Mass
First Reading: Jeremiah 20: 10-13
Responsorial Psalms: Psalms 18: 2-7
Gospel: John 10: 31-42

Christ referred to Himself as the Son of God, and the Chief Priest and the Pharisees couldn’t take it!

They sought to arrest Him, the account of blasphemy.

How lovely is it so then, that on the account of Christ’s passion, death at the cross and His resurrection, that we now freely call ourselves – sons of God! The heirs of the Kingdom of God, through He who shed His blood for our redemption! And there is no one, neither no powers that can take this out of us.

Shall we then sit back, and say; we have it all? Not at all! Let us take advantage of this relationship and seek to renew the Graces that only can sustain us, through the Sacraments of the Church, and even more so at this season of lent; let us reconcile with our Father through the Sacrament of penance!
